Free Shipping

  • Availability: Orders of $50 or more
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Basic tracking provided

Please Note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some remote areas and certain Asian countries. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important Return Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all the following criteria:

  • In original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Body + Hair care items (once seal is broken)
  • LIMITED EDITION and MANTLE exclusive products (due to their special nature)
  • Gift Sets and Kits + Bundles where the original packaging has been opened or individual items used

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

3 Ship Your Return

Package your items securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4 Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the cost of the returned product(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this in your initial request. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
