Important: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unopened condition with seals intact
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened Body + Hair care items (once seal is broken)
- LIMITED EDITION and MANTLE exclusive products (due to their special nature)
- Gift Sets and Kits + Bundles where the original packaging has been opened or individual items used

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 2 business days, our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds reach your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the cost of the returned product(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this in your initial request. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
